NMFS Implements Amendment 28 to Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) published a final rule in the Federal Register on November 19, 2019, which implemented Amendment 28 to the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan, updating closed areas for commercial vessels fishing in Federal waters off Washington, Oregon, and California.
