Public Comment Period Opened for Requested Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Sailing Catamaran LADY SUSAN

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to waive the coastwise trade laws for a sailing catamaran, the LADY SUSAN, which would allow it to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, provided it is at least three years old. The waiver request is being considered by MARAD, an agency within the U.S. Department of Transportation.
