Department Updates Rulemaking Procedures and Consolidates Administrative Procedures

The Department has finalized a comprehensive revision of its rulemaking procedures, updating existing regulations and consolidating all procedures into one location, while also incorporating current policies and procedures for rulemaking documents and enforcement actions.
