FMCSA Announces Renewal of Information Collection Request for Motor Carrier Financial Responsibility

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on its plan to renew an information collection request to ensure motor carriers of passengers and property maintain adequate financial responsibility, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
