The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Las Vegas Field Office is announcing the opening of a protest period for a proposed solar project in Clark County, Nevada, following the preparation of a Resource Management Plan Amendment and Environmental Impact Statement in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act.
