US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines No Shipments of Certain Circular Welded Non-Alloy Steel Pipe from Taiwan

The US Department of Commerce has found no shipments of circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Taiwan between November 1, 2017, and October 31, 2018, and invites public comment on the preliminary results.
