EPA Proposes Conditional Approval and Disapproval of Arizona State Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to Arizona's air quality regulations, including conditional approval of rules for fuel-burning equipment and internal combustion engines, and disapproval of rules for power plants, as part of the state's plan to comply with the Clean Air Act.
