FAA Adopts Airworthiness Directive for Boeing 737-900ER Series

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued an airworthiness directive requiring replacement of nonconforming head strike pads on certain Boeing 737-900ER airplanes to address an unsafe condition identified on the left and right mid exit doors.
