US Department of Commerce Rescinds Administrative Review of Korean Polyester Staple Fiber Antidumping Duty

The US Department of Commerce has cancelled the review of the antidumping duty on polyester staple fiber imported from Korea, following the timely withdrawal of review requests, effective from May 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019.
