DoD Issues Final Rule to Update Contractor Purchasing System Review Threshold

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and establish a new dollar threshold for contractor purchasing system reviews, allowing DoD personnel to support higher-risk missions while reducing regulatory burden on contractors.
