OPM Proposes Rule to Define Pitt County, North Carolina, as Nonappropriated Fund Federal Wage System Wage Area

The Office of Personnel Management is proposing a rule to designate Pitt County, North Carolina, as a county of application for the Wayne, NC, nonappropriated fund Federal Wage System wage area, due to the presence of a single NAF FWS employee in the county.
