FINRA Approves Rule Change to Corporate Financing Rule-Underwriting Terms and Arrangements

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has granted accelerated approval of a proposed rule change to amend FINRA Rule 5110, making substantive, organizational, and terminology changes as part of its ongoing efforts to modernize the corporate financing rule and underwriting terms and arrangements.
