EIA Submits Request for Extension of Information Collection for Spent Nuclear Fuel Disposal Fees
The U.S. Department of Energy's Energy Information Administration (EIA) has submitted a request for a three-year extension of its information collection for spent nuclear fuel disposal fees, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The extension would modify the number of respondents for Form NWPA-830G, a mandatory form used to collect quarterly payments into the Nuclear Waste Fund.
