U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to Consider Approval of Transfer of Control of Licenses for Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is reviewing an application by Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. and its subsidiaries to transfer control of licenses for the Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit, a nuclear power plant in New York, to Holtec International and its subsidiaries, and to transfer operating authority to a new company, Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC.
