NRC Proposes Fee Schedule Revisions to Recover 90% of Annual Budget

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is proposing changes to its fee structures for applicants and licensees to comply with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990, which mandates fee recovery of approximately 90% of the NRC's annual budget.
