U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves NAC International MAGNASTOR System for Spent Fuel Storage

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed the effective date of March 24, 2020, for a direct final rule that amended the agency's spent fuel storage regulations to include the NAC International MAGNASTOR System, Certificate of Compliance No. 1031, Amendment No. 8.
