Sacramento Municipal Utility District Receives Renewed License for Rancho Seco ISFSI

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a renewed license to the Sacramento Municipal Utility District for the storage of radioactive material from the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, allowing the district to continue operating the Rancho Seco independent spent fuel storage installation until June 30, 2060.
