U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Grants Exemptions to Four Utilities Amid COVID-19 Pandemic

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued seven exemptions to Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp., Exelon Generation Company, LLC, NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC, and Arizona Public Service Company, allowing them to temporarily adjust work hours and fatigue management controls due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health emergency.
