NRC Grants Partial Approval of Request to Amend Licensing Fees for Water Treatment Facilities

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has partially approved a request by Water Remediation Technology, LLC to amend the NRC's regulations for licensing fees assessed to certain water treatment facilities, submitted by Christopher S. Pugsley on behalf of the company.
