NRC Amends Fee Schedules to Recover 90% of Annual Budget, Waives Fees for COVID-19 Affected Period

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is revising its fee schedules to comply with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990, and temporarily waiving fees for the 90-day period from April to June 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
