U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Seeks Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for IAEA Safeguards Agreement

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on its intention to request the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval for renewal of an existing information collection, necessary for the United States to fulfill its obligations under the U.S./International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Safeguards Agreement, which includes the use of the IAEA Design Information Questionnaire.
