NRC Submits Renewal of Information Collection for Occupational Dose Record

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has recently submitted a renewal of an existing collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, related to the Occupational Dose Record for a Monitoring Period, as outlined in NRC Form 5.
