Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC Receives U.S. NRC Exemption for Indian Point Nuclear Plant Decommissioning

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC an exemption to make withdrawals from the Indian Point Nuclear Generating Station's Decommissioning Trust Funds without prior notification, allowing the company to proceed with spent fuel management and site restoration activities.
