Exelon Generation Company, LLC Receives Exemptions from U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for Emergency Planning Requirements at Three Mile Island Nuclear Station

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted exemptions to Exelon Generation Company, LLC, allowing it to modify emergency planning procedures at the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2, due to reduced risks of accidents at the decommissioning nuclear power reactor.
