NRC Denies Fitness-for-Duty Program Petitions

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has rejected two petitions related to the fitness-for-duty program, which was previously the subject of rulemaking, due to the discontinuation of the associated rulemaking process.
