DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Implement Executive Order on Domestic Preferences in Government Procurement

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are issuing a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in response to an Executive order (E.O.) that aims to increase the use of American-made goods, products, and materials in government procurement.
