Submission for OMB Review: Novation and Change-of-Name Agreements

The Regulatory Secretariat Division has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve a revision and extension of information collection requirements related to improper business practices and personal conflicts of interest, following the Paperwork Reduction Act.
