GSA Proposes Revision to Acquisition Regulation for Final Payments

The General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to update its Acquisition Regulation to streamline the process for final payments on construction and building service contracts, allowing contracting officers to make payments after 60 days without needing approval from the Office of General Counsel.
