DOD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Micro-Purchase Threshold for Task and Delivery Orders

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are implementing a change to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) that increases the threshold for fair opportunity on certain task and delivery orders to the micro-purchase threshold, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020.
