GSA Amends Acquisition Regulation to Implement Secure Federal Leases Act Requirements

The General Services Administration (GSA) is updating its Acquisition Regulation to comply with the Secure Federal Leases from Espionage and Suspicious Entanglement Act, which aims to prevent foreign ownership of government-leased real estate and disclose ownership information for high-security space.
