Government Agency Submits Request for Review of Background Investigation Data Collection

The Regulatory Secretariat Division will submit a request to the Office of Management and Budget to review and approve a previously approved data collection requirement for background investigations of childcare workers accessing government-owned facilities, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
