DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Changes to Federal Acquisition Regulation for Small Business Contractors

The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration are proposing amendments to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to provide accelerated payments to small business contractors and subcontractors, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020.
