DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Manufacturing Contract Pricing

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have published a final rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and increase the maximum award price for certain sole-source manufacturing contracts to $7 million, as mandated by the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021.
