DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Amendment to Federal Acquisition Regulation to Implement USMCA Agreement

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to comply with the requirements of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act, which was enacted in 2020.
