GSA Proposes Amendment to Acquisition Regulation for High-Security Leased Space

The General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to update its Acquisition Regulation to require federal agencies to disclose ownership information for high-security space leased from private companies, in response to the Secure Federal LEASEs Act, which aims to mitigate the risks of foreign ownership of government-leased real estate.
