Small Entity Compliance Guide for Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-03

The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) has been amended by Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-03, and a Small Entity Compliance Guide has been issued to assist small businesses in complying with the new rule. The guide is prepared under the joint authority of the Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
