Notice of Technical Amendment to Product Exclusions: China's Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation

The U.S. Trade Representative has made a technical amendment to product exclusions for certain Chinese goods exported before May 10, 2019, and entered the US between May 10, 2019, and June 15, 2019. This change affects goods valued at approximately $200 billion, which were subject to additional duties in September 2018 as part of a Section 301 investigation into China's practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation.
