U.S. Trade Representative Extends Exclusions for COVID-19 Medical-Care Products from Additional Duties on China

The U.S. Trade Representative has decided to temporarily extend exclusions for certain medical-care products needed to address the COVID-19 pandemic from additional duties on China, allowing for a 45-day review of public comments on the matter
