USTR Requests Comments and Public Hearing on Extension of Safeguard Action on CSPV Cells

The U.S. Trade Representative's Office is seeking public input on extending a safeguard measure on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, following a review by the U.S. International Trade Commission.
