U.S. Trade Representative Sets Dollar Procurement Thresholds for Trade Agreements Act of 1979
The U.S. Trade Representative has set dollar procurement thresholds to implement certain U.S. trade agreement obligations, effective January 1, 2022, for the years 2022 and 2023.
