Conforming Amendment to Product Exclusion and Extensions: China's Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation

The U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) is making a technical amendment to a product exclusion in response to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) notice on the tariff classification of certain nonwoven wipes, which was issued on September 30, 2020, and took effect on November 30, 2020. This amendment aims to conform with the tariff classification set out in the CBP notice.
