Request for Comments and Notice of a Public Hearing Regarding the 2022 Special 301 Review

The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) is seeking public comments and will hold a public hearing to identify countries that deny adequate intellectual property protection, with the goal of determining which countries to prioritize for review. Comments are requested on acts, policies, or practices that may justify a country's inclusion on the Priority Watch List or Watch List.
