Ventria Bioscience Inc. Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Plant-Derived Recombinant Human Serum Albumins

Ventria Bioscience Inc. has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain plant-derived recombinant human serum albumins and products containing them infringe on two U.S. patents, and that their importation and sale in the US threaten to destroy or substantially injure an industry in the US.
