U.S. International Trade Commission Institutes Advisory Opinion Proceeding for Nortek

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to start an advisory opinion process for Nortek, a security and control company, after a request from the company and its affiliates, with a target completion date of six months and a referral to an administrative law judge for further proceedings.
