U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Self-Balancing Scooters

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to end its investigation into Certain Motorized Self-Balancing Vehicles after the case was deemed moot by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The decision was made following a remand from the court, which resulted in the investigation being terminated.
