Certain Batteries and Products Containing the Same; Institution of Investigation

One World Technologies, Inc. and Techtronic Power Tools Technology Ltd. have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain batteries and products containing the same infringe on three U.S. patents. They are seeking an investigation and potential exclusion orders to stop the importation and sale of these products in the US.
