USITC Seeks Public Comments on Potential Violation of Section 337 Regarding Certain Wearable Monitoring Devices and Components

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is requesting public input on potential public interest issues related to a recent investigation into a possible violation of Section 337 by companies manufacturing certain wearable monitoring devices and components, following an initial determination and recommended remedy issued by an administrative law judge on February 4, 2021.
