Ericsson Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Patent Infringement Allegations

Ericsson Inc. has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission, alleging that Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson of Sweden has infringed on four U.S. patents related to cellular communications infrastructure systems, and requesting the Commission to institute an investigation and issue exclusion orders.
