Notice of Commission Determination to Issue Limited Exclusion Order Against Ningbo Linhua Plastic Co., Ltd.

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to issue a limited exclusion order against Ningbo Linhua Plastic Co., Ltd. and to terminate the investigation, due to the default of the last remaining respondent, Ningbo, and the need to secure a 100% bond for the imported infringing products.
