U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into LTE-Compliant Cellular Devices
The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into Evolved Wireless, LLC, alleging that certain LTE-compliant cellular communication devices infringe on three U.S. patents, following a complaint filed on February 1, 2021.
